This website is operated by WDI Group (Surrey) Ltd. We do not hold a shopfront or trade counter in Wimbledon, and we will never claim a local address that we do not occupy. Our registered office is at SBC House, Restmor Way, Wallington, Surrey, UK. Engineers travel to your property for the appointment, so all work is carried out at your home rather than at a premises of ours.

When you contact us, our office team takes the details of the fault, checks which engineer is suitable and available, and arranges the visit. Gas appliance work is only ever carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer, and the engineer attending can show their Gas Safe registration card on request.

What we do

We concentrate on domestic plumbing and heating: leaking pipes, dripping taps, faulty toilets and showers, radiator problems, central heating faults, boiler repairs, boiler servicing, Landlord Gas Safety Certificates, hot water and cylinder faults, and heating system cleaning. We are a repair and maintenance service rather than a design and build contractor. If a job turns out to be beyond the scope of a repair visit — for example a full bathroom installation or a boiler replacement — we will say so honestly and, where we can help, provide a separate quotation.

How we approach pricing

We publish our rates rather than keeping them behind an enquiry form. Weekday work is charged at £99 + VAT per hour, with a one-hour minimum charge and 30-minute increments after that. There is no separate call-out charge. Where work is expected to run beyond two hours we will quote wherever reasonably possible. Materials supplied carry a 20% mark-up.
